Shannon Hauff

Talented head of product design focused on simplifying the user experience with what are typically complex backend processes. Focused on the customer experience with mobile payments, MaaS and micromobility services. Adept at leading the design process and aligning with key stakeholders including product, engineering, customer success, business, marketing, legal and finance. Shannon served as Director of Design for a mobile ticketing company and led its Mobility as a Service design strategy focused on mobile payments and real-time transit information.
